By accessing or using the Pixelora website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our platform.
Pixelora provides premium software development, artificial intelligence operations, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services as explicitly outlined in any mutual contract or subscription checkout page.
For the Pixelora Pro membership, you agree to pay the fees automatically via your registered payment method on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on the plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement.
Upon final payment for a fixed project or delivery during a subscription, you will retain 100% intellectual property rights to the final code, designs, and media generated for your business purposes unless specifically noted in an open-source agreement.
In no event shall Pixelora or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or software.
